Description of Duties
Meet Hailey! As an Account Coordinator on our team, she’s part of the collective effort to keep all of the AEs’ hair from catching on fire. Assisting in the day-to-day management of accounts, Hailey ensures smooth project progression by responding to tasks, handling emails, managing production and creative deadlines, and conducting market research.
Her naturally curious personality makes it so that Hailey is always striving to learn something new. In fact, that’s what she says is most rewarding about her job! A 2024 graduate from Western Michigan University, Hailey brings a fresh perspective and boundless enthusiasm to her role at LKF.
Fun Facts
Originally from Bolingbrook, Illinois, Hailey now calls Kalamazoo home. In her free time, she loves reading, watching sports, and going out with friends. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking through national parks and tanning with a good book at the beach. Fun fact: Hailey has gone ziplining over the Smoky Mountains—twice!
Her biggest pet peeve is messy spaces and people who provide zero details about upcoming plans. (Knowing her high Fact Finder score from Kolbe, this totally tracks.) With her adventurous spirit and commitment to excellence, Hailey is a standout member of the LKF team, ready to tackle new challenges and make her mark in the marketing world.
