KALAMAZOO, Mich.—LKF Marketing recently promoted Heather Sagers to the role of Operations Manager.
Sagers joined the agency in April 2022 as Office Manager with the responsibilities of overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities.
The promotion to Operations Manager is a significant step within the agency, expanding Sagers' role to include greater oversight of daily operations and coordination with the Operations Director. Her new responsibilities involve managing administrative processes, improving office efficiency, overseeing office technology and supplies, and assisting in budget management.
“From day one, Heather has proven herself to be a smart and capable leader,” said Operations Director and User Experience Specialist Sarah Morgan. “She loves to learn new things, take on new challenges, and does it all with a smile on her face.”

Sagers, bringing nearly 30 years of business operations experience, said, “I am very excited to add human resources and accounting responsibilities to my role at LKF.
