KALAMAZOO, Mich. - LKF Marketing recently welcomed Amy Sours to its team of marketing and communications specialists. In the newly created role of Executive Assistant, Sours assists LKF's president Heather Isch with day-to-day and long-range projects in addition to scheduling and office management duties.
She brings 11 years of administrative assistance and office experience to the agency. Sours' day-to-day tasks include greeting and prepping for clients, scheduling and communicating on behalf of Isch, and assisting with tasks that range from proofreading to event planning.
Sours is a graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where she earned an associate degree in administrative office. She is currently attending KVCC in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in marketing. Prior to joining LKF Marketing, she worked for Ignertia and Life Story Network in print production and at Rupert, Durham, Marshall & Gren as an administrative assistant.
"Amy's background in administrative duties and print production makes her a great addition to our agency," said Heather Isch, President of LKF. "Her attention to detail and intuitive way of organizing have already helped me devote more time directly to LKF's clients and employees. Her print and design skills are also a great back-up for our creative department."
An Otsego native, Sours has lived in Kalamazoo for more than 18 years. In her free time, she enjoys playing soccer, walking her two dogs, and running half marathons.
In an effort to meet the needs of LKF's growing client base, Sours will help the agency serve its new and existing clients in the Midwest and beyond.
