KALAMAZOO, Mich. - LKF Marketing was recently awarded two prestigious 2010 WebAwards for "Best of Industry for Arts" for the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts website and "Outstanding Achievement in Web Development" for Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan. Now in its 14th year, the WebAward Competition from the Web Marketing Association is the premier award recognition program for Web developers and marketers worldwide.
The Kalamazoo Institute of Arts site showcases strong visuals, concise information, and flawless navigation that offers a positive user experience. The site features a RSS-based news feed, a comprehensive calendar with RSS capabilities, detailed content, advanced interactive features, and online checkout for class registrations and donations. Impeccable content and writing played a big part in winning this year's award as the Best of Industry in the Arts category.
The Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan (GSHOM) site is a fun, interactive online portal for all things Girl Scouts. The site reaches a wide variety of audiences, from Girl Scouts of all age ranges to parents, volunteers and staff.
