KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Two new staff members recently joined LKF Marketing. New additions to the Kalamazoo-based agency include Rich Blair as an Account Manager and Jordan Torres as a Junior Developer.

Blair brings eight years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations to the role. The Kalamazoo native studied computer science at Western Michigan University and previously worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at New Holland Spirits.

Torres, who is also from Kalamazoo, is currently studying computer science at Western Michigan University and is set to graduate in spring 2025. Torres originally joined LKF as an intern through The Kalamazoo Promise’s summer internship program, Higher Promise.

As an Account Manager, Blair is responsible for assisting Account Executives in serving LKF’s diverse group of clients through a number of project management roles including communicating project needs between internal departments, interacting with clients, and creating and managing content, reports, media, and other client assets.

Torres, on the other hand, is part of the LKF Makers team which is comprised of artists and developers. He is responsible for creating web and digital projects for a variety of clients and industries in addition to developing automated processes to enhance internal efficiencies.

In his free time, Blair enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, attending concerts, and collecting records. Torres spends his time developing and playing video games as well as writing and playing music.

These additions to the LKF team will assist LKF Marketing in serving its new and existing clients in the Midwest and beyond.
