KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Two new client-facing staff members recently joined LKF Marketing. New additions to the Kalamazoo-based agency include Shelby Carter as an Account Manager & Statistic Analysis Reporting Specialist and Lucy Wilde as an Account Coordinator.
Carter brings four years of experience in marketing, sales, and customer relations to the role. The Mt. Pleasant native earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Sales from Grand Valley State University in 2018 and previously worked as an Account Manager at Imperial Beverage.
Wilde is originally from Marietta, Ga., and a 2020 graduate of Calvin University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Prior to joining the agency, she served as a Marketing Coordinator at Eagle Village in Hersey, Mich., and brings two years of experience to the agency.
Both new hires are responsible for assisting Account Executives in serving LKF’s diverse group of clients by interacting with clients; communicating project needs between the agency’s internal creative, web, and client services teams as well as vendors; and creating and managing content, reports, media, and other client assets.
“Shelby and Lucy joined the LKF team within two weeks of each other and have quickly become great sources of assistance and marketing energy for our internal staff and our clients,” said Heather Isch, President & Owner/CEO of LKF.

In her free time, Carter enjoys playing tennis and volleyball, cooking, painting, and spending time with her significant other, Mac. Wilde, a newlywed, enjoys kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, and exploring local restaurants.
Both new hires will assist LKF Marketing to serve its new and existing clients in the Midwest and beyond.
