New tactics for new spaces
Catalyst Development Company (Catalyst) is a property management company based in Kalamazoo with offices in Traverse City, Birmingham, and Grand Rapids. For nearly two decades, Catalyst has delivered responsive, first-class services to both residential and commercial tenants.
As the residential portion of The Warner Building, 180 E. Water Street is Catalyst’s latest property. Thanks to top-of-the-line amenities and quality construction, these 45 apartments allow residents to comfortably experience the advantages of urban living in downtown Kalamazoo.
Despite their experience with property development and management, the organization had never invested in marketing efforts for a property before. Catalyst selected LKF Marketing to support its new space with awareness efforts and marketing to potential tenants.
Catalyst and LKF’s partnership has resulted in a leasing brochure, an enews template, public relations outreach and media releases, social media development and maintenance, and a website which launched in May 2021.
