Originally known as Mall City Mechanical, the company now known as MCM was referred to LKF Marketing in 2014.
At the time, the company was experiencing brand confusion as a number of other "Mall City" monikers were also reflecting Kalamazoo's nickname of "Mall City." As a result of similarly named businesses and internal growth extending to Grand Rapids, the name needed a refresh.
Marketing materials, the website, collateral and sales pieces, and more also needed a new look.
We continue to work with MCM, providing web maintenance, business card reprints, and other marketing services on an as-needed basis.
