Founded in 1969, Treystar is a relationship-driven developer and manager of retail and office properties. Focused on real estate investments, it strives to provide its clients with the best service and environments in southwest Michigan.
In 2013, Treystar reached out to LKF Marketing in an effort to build stronger brand recognition along with raising awareness of available properties. In addition to a website and a series of enewsletters, LKF also developed collateral materials including flyers and business cards. Internal communication was addressed to serve as a reminder of the core values. Staff work anniversaries, process documents and core values desk stands, giveaways, and materials were put into place with cohesive aesthetics.
