Recreating a brand requires artwork, announcements, and a lot of planning. These big changes trickle down into much smaller pieces, too, changing email addresses and contact information in the process. As Ayres-Rice Insurance Group prepared to unveil itself as Trust Shield Insurance Group (Trust Shield) LKF Marketing created an employee directory so the agency could share its new look and feel while highlighting the familiar faces it had retained and the new means of contacting each team member.
Four pages and full-color, the directory includes group and individual photos of employees at the agency's three locations along with names, titles, email addresses, and overall office contact information.
The piece goes beyond informational purposes to illustrate that the name change did not change the teamwork and customer service excellence that those familiar with the agency's previous iteration had come to know.
As staff members are added, the employee directory has been periodically updated and reprinted to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.
