Welsh & Associates (Welsh), a talent acquisition and professional recruitment service based in Kalamazoo, Mich., has been an LKF client since 2013.
The company began in 2002. After years of making do with an outdated website, Welsh turned to LKF for a redesign. In addition to a digital update, LKF has also collaborated with Welsh on other projects including podcasts, whitepapers, content management, and public relations.
Beyond projects for Welsh proper, Welsh & Associates President & Owner Sheri Welsh and LKF President & Owner Heather Isch also came up with the idea for KzooConnect originated during a dinner conversation about creating a talent community. From there the idea materialized into a blog built on by LKF.
Five years after its unveiling, Welsh & Associates gifted the KzooConnect brand and online presence to The Kalamazoo Promise. Even after changing hands, LKF continues to administer social media channels and facilitate the site's blog posts.
LKF also won an Award of Distinction from the 2020 Communicator Awards for our work on The Welsh Wire podcast and blog.
