Fibers of Kalamazoo (Fibers) tapped LKF Marketing for help in overhauling its online presence. After nearly 40 years in business, Fibers' product offerings and commitment to customer service have grown exponentially yet its previous website lacked detail and functionality.
We worked with Fibers to organize it's vast product offerings into categories, photograph representative items in Fibers' expansive warehouse, and write web content that accurately described each categories' offerings and top brands. With products ranging from rock salt to bubble wrap, photos and images were necessary to convey the depth of Fibers' offerings.
In order to adequately convey the company's and individual staff member's commitment to customer service, LKF conducted one-on-one interviews. Knowing our clients and their culture makes crafting personalized bios and general web content more engaging and representative.
The message and images are supported by strong design and functionality. As a result, the website is as accessible as it is informative.
